A very established licensed Medical Device Manufacturer, Distributor & Wholesaler and a trusted provider of high‑quality Printing & Packaging solutions in Pretoria is looking for a Factory Machine Minder.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- In house training will be provided
- Experience in stainless steel fabrication, pressure vessels, or similar industries preferred
- Methodical, with an ability to work under pressure whilst being attentive to detail, with the capacity to multitask, must be able to use own initiative, and be a team player.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good respectful communication, effective conflict management and interpersonal skills with superiors, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must take pride in appearance of Pretoria facility and equipment and has excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
- Highlighted potential constraints or risks impacting production schedules
- Ensured Quality Control checks were completed and approved timeously

- Collaborated with supervisors, quality inspectors and maintenance teams
