This role is responsible for promoting and selling specialised medical products within the Urology, Pelvic Health, and Laser portfolios to healthcare professionals across both private and public healthcare institutions. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting healthcare teams through product demonstrations, procedural assistance, and training. The Account Manager is also responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products in our Urology, Pelvic Health, and Laser portfolios to healthcare professionals, including hospitals (state and private).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide procedural support, conduct product demonstrations, and offer training to healthcare teams.
Meet and exceed sales targets, driving the continued success of the region.

Education:

Medical Background

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably with theatre support in surgical supplies, with existing relationships within the hospitals and relationships with Surgeons, especially Urologists, would be very advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
