Sales Support Coordinator (Field-Based) – Engineering / Cutting Tool Industry
This position plays a critical role in supporting our Technical Sales Representatives on the ground, ensuring fast response times, strong customer service, and efficient execution of day-to-day sales activities.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct, in-field support to Technical Sales Representatives
Handle urgent deliveries, collections, and customer requirements on short notice
Assist with on-site customer visits and support relationship building
Coordinate appointments and ensure effective follow-ups
Support quotations, order processing, and general sales administration
Act as a link between customers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure high levels of responsiveness and service to customer needs
Gain practical product and application knowledge through daily field exposure
