A fast-growing company in the mobility and technology solutions space is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support its day-to-day operations in Johannesburg.
This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency across order management, reporting, asset tracking, and client support. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams including sales, support, and management to coordinate processes, maintain accurate data, and deliver a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Order Management
Coordinate the preparation, processing, and dispatch of client orders
Track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Administrative Support
Maintain organised records, documentation, and filing systems
Update and manage internal systems and databases
Asset Management
Track and manage company devices and asset registers
Ensure accuracy and accountability of all assets
Reporting & Reconciliation
Prepare and distribute operational reports
Perform detailed reconciliations using Excel (including formulas and pivot tables)
System & Data Management
Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and platforms
Identify and resolve discrepancies in system data
Project Coordination
Assist with the coordination and execution of internal projects
Support process improvements and operational initiatives
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist the sales team with order documentation and coordination
Provide support on marketing-related administrative tasks
Client & Support Liaison
Respond to client operational queries professionally and efficiently
Work with support teams to resolve system or service issues
Supplier & SLA Management
Monitor supplier performance against service level agreements (SLAs)
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsQualifications & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or operations role (preferred)
Experience in a technology, logistics, or service-driven environment (advantageous)
Skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Excel skills (reconciliations, formulas, pivot tables; scripting is a plus)
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
