We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative with strong experience in the automotive spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, have a persuasive personality, and demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
Promote and sell automotive spare parts to new and existing customers
Provide product advice and technical support where required
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team performance
Ensure accurate capturing of sales data and reporting
Collaborate with external sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments

Candidate Requirements

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in automotive spare parts (essential)
Commercial automotive experience will be advantageous

Matric (Grade 12) – Required
Relevant degree or diploma – Advantageous

Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (passenger, light, medium, and/or heavy-duty vehicles)
Basic electrical automotive knowledge across vehicle types
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong active listening ability
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
