We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the automotive spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to driving sales growth while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share
Actively market and promote company products to new and existing customers
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Ensure optimal stock availability aligned with customer demand
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver results
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support where needed
Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify market opportunities and respond to industry trends
Manage operational efficiency within the sales function

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry
At least 3 years’ management experience within the same or similar industry
Diesel-electric experience will be advantageous
Matric (Grade 12) – Non-negotiable
Relevant sales or marketing qualification/certification will be beneficial
