- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team on a daily basis
- Manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and prepare various business documents
- Perform filing, data capturing, and general office administration duties
- Handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and welcome clients and visitors professionally

- Coordinate deliveries, process orders, and assist with basic logistics administration

- Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, including document management, data entry, and general office support
- Experience in executive administrative assistance, supporting managers or team leaders with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ability to support basic sales activities, such as order processing, preparing quotations, invoicing etc
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, excel spreadsheets) and comfort learning internal systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused approach, reliability, and a collaborative working style
- Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role; experience in a trading, logistics, or timber/wood products environment is an advantage
