The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic administrative partner to the CEO, providing high-level support with project coordination, reporting, documentation, audits, follow-ups, and operational initiatives. This role requires exceptional organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Assistant or similar experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with executives and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong follow-through and accountability.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work remotely Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST
