The Administrative Assistant supports the State Director by managing administrative processes, intake coordination, recruiting support, provider communications, and family interactions. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant, or similar experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and follow-through.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Comfortable communicating with families, providers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work remotely Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST
