CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:

Open contributions post from CEFCO daily
Date and checking returns to ensure they are accurate. (Dates, Members, Hourly Rates etc)
Phone companies for any missing information
Handle basic email correspondence
Reconcile and check short / overpayments and follow up

Candidate Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric (Grade 12) with numerical skills
Excellent attendance and reliability (proven track record)
Min Typing of 20 WPM
Numeracy / Arithmetic / figure skills
Excel L1, Word L1
BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
One – two years admin experience
SKILLS:

The ability to work under pressure
Communication skills with good telephone manners
Excellent team player
Accuracy with attention to detail
