Role Purpose

To design, quote, and manage high-end, tailor-made travel itineraries across Southern Africa, with additional exposure to East Africa preferred. The role involves end-to-end tour management, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and quote bespoke luxury itineraries across Southern and East Africa
• Manage the full lifecycle of bookings from quotation through to post-travel closure
• Book and coordinate all travel services including accommodation, transfers, and activities
• Ensure all itineraries run smoothly and deliver a high-end client experience
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including luxury lodges and service providers
• Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently, including after-hours support while clients are travelling
• Reconfirm all services prior to travel
• Prepare detailed and accurate travel documentation
• Coordinate invoicing and payments with the accounts team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tour administration
