The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the commercial interests of the business through effective contract administration, rigorous cost management, and disciplined claims control across major civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of construction contracts
• Ensure accurate administration of FIDIC and related contract frameworks
• Oversee claims preparation, submissions, and negotiations
• Monitor project costs, revenue, and profitability
• Review subcontractor agreements, payments, and final accounts
• Drive compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements
• Support dispute resolution and commercial litigation processes
• Prepare detailed commercial reports and forecasts for executive management
• Ensure all variations and project changes are properly documented and recovered
