Employer: MSP Staffing (PTY) LTD

An exciting international opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial construction experience. Our client requires a driven professional to join their team on a remote site in Malaysia for a 12-month fixed-term assignment.

Responsibilities:

Administer project commercial functions and cost management processes
Prepare estimates, payment certificates, and variation assessments
Monitor project expenditure and assist with financial forecasting
Manage subcontractor accounts and contractual documentation
Provide commercial support to site and project management teams
Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to contractual requirements
Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification in Quantity Surveying
5–7 years’ experience within a commercial quantity surveying environment
Hotel project exposure will be beneficial
Strong contractual and commercial management capabilities
Valid passport and clear criminal record essential
Ability to travel and work on a rotational basis internationally

Assignment Information:

Fixed-term contract for 12 months
Site-based role in Malaysia
Rotation structure of 6 weeks onsite and 2 weeks off
Market-related salary between R50k and R70k basic
Additional daily allowance applicable
