Now, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting successful project delivery from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

• 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in a PrQS firm

·        Education: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying  

• Proven experience working on commercial, residential and infrastructure projects
• Registration with SACQSP or eligible to register

Responsibilities:

·        Preparing cost estimates and budgets

·        Managing project financials and cost control

·        Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments

·        Handling procurement and tender documentation

·        Evaluating contractor claims and variations
