Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

·         Registered Nurse with SANC.

·         Degree/Diploma in Nursing.

·         A qualification in Nursing Education is preferred.

·         Postgraduate clinical specialisation in Critical Care nursing.

·         Proven experience in clinical training and facilitation.

·         Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols.

·         Excellent presentation and communication skills.

·         Able to mentor and develop nursing staff.
