Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree - Essential
Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Logistics and/or Qualified Chartered Accountant – Advantageous
Minimum 8 years leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
Proven experience in driving operational and financial performance
Experience managing regulatory compliance and customs risk
Experience leading transformation, automation, or operational improvement initiatives
