Join a fast-paced retail/QSR environment where you will lead IT operations and drive the performance of business-critical systems across stores and digital platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of core technology environments.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 7–10 years’ experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within retail or QSR environments
• Strong experience with POS systems, payment gateways, and online ordering platforms
• Experience with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, APIs, and system integrations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage IT operations in high-pressure environments
• Valid Driver’s Licence required
