The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring an efficient, organized, and well-coordinated working environment within the department.
The role contributes to the smooth execution of projects by supporting team members and facilitating departmental operations.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:
1. Grade 12
2. Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
3. Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience in the building/construction industry
4. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in project management.
5. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in office administration.
6. Be able to read Architectural and Measurement Drawings
7. Be hands-on and have problem solving skills
8. Speak, Read & Write in English
Technical skills:
1. Must have work background in the building/construction industry.
2. Self-starter
3. Attention to Detail / Accuracy
4. Strong Analytical skills
5. Need to be able to problem solve independently.
6. Team player
7. Good communication skills
8. Flexible and adaptability to rapid environmental changes
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (07h30 to 16h00)
