Requirements:

·        Must be registered with the SACQSP as either a Candidate or Professional Quantity Surveyor.

·        Education: BSc / BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

·        Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the quantity surveying field.

·        Demonstrated experience across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and public sector projects.

·        Strong experience in cost planning, estimating, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Proficiency in industry-related software and tools (e.g. CCS, WinQS, or similar).

·        Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
