Our client is a global leader in program management, project management, cost management, and consulting and now they are looking for a driven, commercially astute, and technically strong Professional Project Lead Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on cutting-edge data centre projects especially across MEPF systems— some of the most complex and fast-paced developments in the built environment today.

Requirements:

• 8 – 10 years relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying
• Proven experience across building, infrastructure or civil projects
• Professional registration with SACQSP

·        Exposure to data centres is advantageous

• Understanding of MEPF services is beneficial
• Proficient in Cost X, DimX, WinQS and advanced Excel

Responsibilities:

·        Lead cost planning, estimation, and financial control across multiple projects

·        Provide strategic commercial insight to optimise value and reduce risk

·        Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes

·        Manage variations, claims, and final accounts with confidence

·        Deliver accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
