Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking quantity surveying practice known for delivering cost certainty, commercial insight, and strategic project advisory services across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments. Now, they are looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is ready to take ownership of projects that make a real impact.

Requirements:

· 5 - 7 years’ experience in a consulting QS environment

· Education: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying

· Proven experience working on residential, commercial, mixed use or infrastructure projects

· Professional registration with SACQSP

· Proficient in WinQS and DimX

Responsibilities:

· Lead cost planning and feasibility studies

· Prepare and manage bills of quantities

· Oversee procurement strategies and tender processes

· Administer JBCC/NEC contracts

· Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
