A leading food manufacturing and FMCG business operating within the meat, butchery, and home meal replacement (HMR) sector is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Gauteng and Mpumalanga. This role is responsible for driving regional sales performance, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships across retail, wholesale, butcheries, and food service channels.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing the company’s sales strategy within a fast-moving and highly competitive FMCG environment, ensuring strong product distribution, availability, and visibility across all key customers and outlets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Diploma in Food Technology or a similar qualification
3 years’ experience in a similar position
With 5 years’ experience in Sales
Working knowledge of the Meat and Butchery or Home Meal Replacement industry
