Requirements:

·        Registered with the SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.

·        Minimum of 10 years’ post-graduate experience.

·        Education: BSc(Hons)/BSc Quantity Surveying

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Manage cash flows and financial reports.

·        Provide monthly reconciliation reports and evaluations.

·        Prepare and review estimates.

·        Good experience in WinQS and DimX.

·        Good command of Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Preparation of elemental estimates.

·        Preparation of Bills of Quantities.

·        On-site measurements, assessment of quotations and/or claims.

·        Preparation of valuations for payment certificates.

·        Preparation of contract documents.
