  • Develop & enforce data quality procedures
  • Support IAA and alumni club activity
  • Generate report requests by staff pertaining to Salesforce.
  • Segment and pull CRM alumni lists and reports.
  • Execute mailings, invitations, and other mass communications.
  • Track and document alumni attendance at events.

Data Management & Analysis (Supporting annual giving, prospect management and gift recording)

  • Responsible for all data entry and gift processing, gift recording, and pledge reminders relating to donors, including ongoing maintenance and integrity of the database, ensuring the data is accurate, current and consistent across systems.
  • Develop & enforce data quality procedures (e.g. naming conventions).
  • Advise and build automated engagement & stewardship plans, email journeys, rules, and other automations to support multi-touch outreach and moves management.
  • Responsible for the generation of data and report requests by staff pertaining to Salesforce.
  • Segment and pull donor lists for mailings, invitations, and other purposes.
  • Send invitations to donor events, track rsvp’s and record attendance at events.
  • Confirm matching donation requests and correspond with donors and companies regarding matching gifts
  • Ensure timely delivery of gift receipts.

  • Handle all data with tact and discretion, recognising the confidential nature of IMD’s business

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience within a Data Analytics role supporting actionable insights
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally in the nonprofit sector.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to design, implement, and manage efficient CRM processes.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in the nonprofit sector will be advantageous

Skills required:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
