Role Overview:
Join our People Services team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including employee support, HR systems, and policy implementation.
Job Purpose: To render a support service to the People Services department by collecting, collating, and distributing HR/Payroll-related/employee information and reports according to deadlines, policies and procedures. The role involves a strong administrative focus, as well as liaison and co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders
Job Outputs:

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology/Organizational Psychology
- 2 years Human Resources administrative experience, preferably in retail / FMCG (Advantageous)
- Experience in working with HR information systems MS office proficiency to intermediate level (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, NMWA, Retail Sectoral Determination, LRA, EEA, OHSA
