In this role, you aren’t just managing a calendar; you are the backbone of our leadership team, ensuring that our directors can focus on driving growth while you handle the operational "heavy lifting" with precision and wit.

Candidate Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-stakes meetings, and handle domestic/international travel arrangements.

Office Management: Ensure the daily operations of the office are seamless, from managing supplies and vendors to maintaining a professional office environment.

Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for the Directors, screening calls, managing emails, and drafting professional correspondence.

Sales & Merchandising Admin: Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentation decks, and merchandising briefs.

Project Coordination: Track deadlines for key deliverables and follow up with internal teams to ensure the Directors’ priorities are met.

Data Management: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring sensitive company information is kept confidential.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 3+ years in a PA or Office Administration role, preferably within a retail, sales, or merchandising environment.

Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with system management or project management tools.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can strike the perfect balance between professional and personable.

Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate needs before they arise.
