We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, managing and developing staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
Experience in stock control, inventory management, and retail operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy and experience working with POS systems.
