Multinational Distributor of ICT Infrastructure  and Technical Solutions require a Junior Account Manager to join their dynamic Sales Team.  Duties include :-

  • Acquire New Clients and identifying business opportunities
  •  
  • Building Strong Relationships with existing Clients to ensure long-term growth and success
  •  
  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote our products/services
  •  
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  •  
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers using persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  •  
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals
  •  
  • Address objections and provide solutions to secure customer commitment
  •  
  • Ensure all sales agreements are documented accurately and processed promptly
  •  
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and Clients needs
  •  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients and partners
  •  
  • Analyse competitor activity to develop unique value propositions
  •  
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped regions and different sectors or new Clients
  •  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with Clients needs and business goals
  •  
  • Monitor and report on competitive market information
  •  
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and raise brand awareness
  •  
  • Effective Client account management
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and on boarding new Clients
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of Client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Prepare sales reports to track progress, analyse trends, and measure performance against targets
  • Provide feedback to management regarding Client needs, market dynamics, and sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities on the required reporting systems
  • Maintain call reports

Required Skills

  • Administration: 2 to 3 years
  • Negotiating: 2 to 3 years
  • Sales: 2 to 3 years
  • Lead Generation: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12

Valid Drivers Licence 

Two years in a similar position - preferably Technical Sales

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Problem Solving ability - strong
