Employer: Career Circuit
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused professional to manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients within a corporate sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, identifying inefficiencies, driving cost-saving initiatives, and delivering measurable value to clients through strategic account management.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to retain and grow existing business while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities to achieve growth targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be highly proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools, and possess the ability to engage confidently with clients at various levels.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in client relationship management, account management, customer retention, or business development within a corporate environment
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of clients while achieving sales and retention targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify operational inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities for clients
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly advantageous
• Experience with Hunter and Power BI is highly advantageous
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to interpret trends and provide strategic recommendations
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, warehousing, banking, insurance, or service-based sales environments will be advantageous
• Must be comfortable with face-to-face client interaction and managing relationships on-site when required
