Role Overview
The Junior Engineer will support the Contracts Engineer and broader engineering team in delivering projects from start to finish.
This is an entry-level development role, offering hands-on exposure to project engineering, technical documentation, site work, and quality control. You will gain practical experience in boilers, burners, installations, and commissioning, while developing into a more senior engineering role over time.
Key Requirements

BTech / National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
BSc / BEng (advantageous)
0–2 years’ experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong MS Office skills
Exposure to CAD/drawing software (advantageous)
Basic knowledge of project tools (MS Projects advantageous)
Valid driver’s licence and own transport

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Project Support (Core Focus)

Assist with project coordination, engineering tasks, and contract administration
Draft and update technical drawings (layouts, P&IDs)
Maintain project documentation, files, and data packs
Support quality control, compliance checks, and reporting
Assist with logistics of equipment, materials, and project requirements

Field Service Support

Work alongside technicians to gain exposure to installations, commissioning, and maintenance
Assist with site reports, SOPs, and job documentation
Support preparation of job packs and field service schedules
Collect and consolidate site data and technical feedback

Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation
Assist with department coordination and internal communication
Support procurement, finance, and reporting processes
