- Phone inquiries
- Website forms
- Online chat submissions
- Schedule campus tours.
- Enter and update lead information in Salesforce.
- Follow established contact strategies for lead nurturing.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with unconverted leads.
- Accurately communicate school-specific information.
- Maintain detailed CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with approximately 70 campus directors.
- Coordinate tour scheduling with campus leadership.
- Balance enrollment goals with operational needs at each location.
- Exercise good judgment when unique situations arise.
- Meet lead-to-tour conversion goals.
- Follow approved scripts and communication templates.
- Maintain quality interactions while achieving KPIs.
- Support a positive experience for prospective families.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, call center, appointment setting, or lead conversion experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- KPI and metrics-driven mindset with a focus on lead conversion.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
- Experience with customer acquisition and performance-based roles preferred.
