A leading investment and private equity firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial and company analysis, transaction support, due diligence investigations, portfolio company reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong corporate finance experience and the ability to contribute meaningfully to investment decision-making processes.

Experience Requirements:

·        CA(SA) qualification essential

·        Minimum 6 years' post-articles experience

·        Minimum 3 years' corporate finance and/or valuation experience

·        Strong experience in financial modelling and business valuations

·        Experience conducting due diligence investigations and transaction assessments

·        Strong financial statement analysis and company evaluation skills

·        Experience preparing investment papers, transaction proposals, and reports

·        Previous exposure to private equity, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or valuation environments advantageous
