A senior theatre leadership opportunity in Durban for a seasoned theatre professional to oversee operational performance, clinical quality, and multidisciplinary coordination within a busy surgical environment.

Requirements:

·        SANC registered.

·        A degree in Nursing Science.

·        A diploma in Operation Theatre Nursing.

·        Proven nursing management experience, within a theatre environment.

·        Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

·        Financial acumen, with an understanding of budgeting and cost management.

·        Sound knowledge of labour legislation and supply chain management principles.

·        An understanding of the private healthcare industry, and hospital operational structures, is advantageous.

·        Computer proficiency.

·        Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
