As a Showroom Operations Intern, you'll gain valuable practical experience supporting our national showroom operations from Head Office. Working alongside experienced retail professionals, you'll contribute to operational excellence and support initiatives that help our showrooms deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you will love doing
- Assist with the collation and analysis of showroom performance data across key operational metrics.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports for showroom leadership.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of national retail campaigns and promotions.
- Contribute to the review and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Support stock movement tracking and exception reporting across the showroom network.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Merchandising, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Services, to support smooth store operations.
- Assist with responding to showroom queries and supporting issue resolution.
- Support compliance and operational improvement initiatives across the showroom network.
- Provide general administrative support to the Showroom Operations team.

What you'll need to do this role
- A completed Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Retail Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- A sound understanding of retail principles and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
- A genuine interest in retail operations and how stores are supported from a Head Office environment.
