- Support talent attraction initiatives across our Contact Centre, Showrooms, and Head Office functions.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Assist with preparing employee documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR and recruitment reporting and assist with the analysis of people-related data.
- Contribute to employee wellness, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement surveys and tracking employee feedback.
- Support internal communication and employee experience activities.
- Provide general administrative support and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

- A completed Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a broad Human Resources environment.
