We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our automotive product and service offerings to customers within the fleet, workshop, and retail sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical automotive background, excellent sales skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Meet with prospective customers to promote products and service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Suggest products and ranges based on customer needs and stock availability.
Demonstrate products and explain technical features and benefits to customers.
Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues professionally.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsQualifications
Matric (non-negotiable).
Experience
4–5 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
Proven experience selling into Fleet, Workshop, and Retail sectors.
Fleet sales experience is essential.
Commercial and electrical sales knowledge will be advantageous.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Computer literate.
Strong automotive product knowledge.
Extensive motor vehicle repair knowledge.
Sound understanding of electrical, mechanical, and diesel systems.
Technical automotive background.
Technical diesel background.
