We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bulk Recruiter to manage large-scale hiring processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding a high volume of candidates across various positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, including screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bulk or Volume Recruiter.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
