We are seeking a highly capable Campus Operations and Academic Manager to oversee the full academic, operational, and compliance functions of a dynamic training and education campus.

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of accredited programmes, strong student outcomes, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day campus operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage academic staff and oversee programme delivery


• Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment standards


• Oversee student academic support, retention, and disciplinary processes


• Ensure compliance with SETA, QCTO, and DHET requirements


• Prepare campus for internal and external audits


• Monitor pass rates, throughput, and retention performance


• Manage campus operations including procurement and administration


• Conduct health & safety compliance checks and fire drills


• Support blended learning systems and learner engagement platforms


• Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal departments


• Contribute to overall campus performance and operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in education, training, or academic operations


• Experience within accredited training or compliance-driven environments


• Strong understanding of academic delivery and student support systems


• Operational and administrative management experience


• Ability to work across multiple departments and priorities
