KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide comprehensive support to the Service Department by liaising telephonically with
Customers.
- Following up on outstanding jobs with the technician/contractors/Agents
- Ordering of Spares and following up on outstanding Spares Orders for jobs
- Debriefing of Contractors / technicians
- Ordering of exchange units and stock movement planning
- Monitor and achieve the Service exchange OKR’s set
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of Grade 12 with proven experience in a similar environment
- Good technical parts interpretation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Excel will be a prerequisite
- Prior experience in dealing with customer queries and handling complaints.
- Advanced escalation and client handling with regard to social media complaints

Defy Appliances is a South African manufacturing company and is the largest manufacturer and distributor of major domestic appliances in southern Africa. The company manufactures and develops a range of large appliances from gas stoves, refrigerators, washing machines and tumble dryers to continuous clean ovens and convection ovens.
