An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified Aircraft Engine Technician / Aircraft Mechanic with extensive experience on PWC PT6A series engines.

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit engine maintenance documentation and certification records
Verify engine logbooks and maintenance history
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, work instructions, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins
Prepare engine certification packages and maintenance reports
Support engine inspection, repair, overhaul, and troubleshooting activities
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Required Competencies

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 qualification (additional aerospace-related qualifications advantageous)
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience on PWC PT6A series engines
Experience in Line Maintenance and/or Heavy Maintenance environments
Qualified Aircraft Mechanic in accordance with TETA requirements
Valid SACAA AME Licence endorsed with PWC PT6A Engine Rating under Category C
Strong knowledge of OEM manuals, maintenance publications, service bulletins, and parts catalogues
Proficiency in the IDB System
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
