An established company in Kuils River is looking to appoint a professional and organised Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong office administration skills who enjoys working in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the switchboard and welcoming visitors
* Handling client communication and general office coordination
* Assisting with quotations, invoices and related administration
* Filing, document management and data capturing
* Liaising with suppliers and assisting with operational support
* Assisting with scheduling and general office administration
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:00
Required Skills
- Microsoft Office: 3 to 4 years
- Quotations: 3 to 4 years
- Switch Board: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
* Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking ability
* Ability to work accurately under pressure
* Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented
