    A leading South African FMCG business, specialising in the development, marketing, distribution, and growth of snack, confectionery, grocery, beverage, and convenience meal brands across Southern Africa, is seeking a professional, highly organised Receptionist to join its team. This role is ideal for a polished, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Professionally manage the front desk and reception area
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
    • Welcome clients, visitors, suppliers, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier deliveries
    • Maintain meeting room bookings and assist with meeting coordination
    • Provide administrative support to various departments when required
    • Assist with data capturing, document preparation, and general office administration
    • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
    • Ensure the reception and common areas remain neat and professional at all times
    • Support office operations and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks

Required Skills

  • Receptionist: 2 to 3 years
  • Fmcg Experience: 2 to 3 years
  • Admin: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
    • Previous receptionist or front-office administration experience preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong spelling and grammar skills are essential
    • Highly computer literate with excellent IT skills
    • Tech savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, email systems, and online platforms
    • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
