Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Property Development📠Northern Suburbs, Cape TownðŸ—ï¸ Office & Site Based Position
- A leading residential Property Developer is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the construction or property development sector
- Strong residential building project experience essential
- Proven experience managing project costs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor accounts
- Ability to work independently across both office and site environments
- Strong contractual and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Proficient in CCS Candy and Microsoft Office advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence essential
- Full quantity surveying functions on residential developments
- Cost planning, estimating, and budget control
- Tender adjudication and subcontractor management
- Preparation and management of payment certificates and valuations
- Monitoring project profitability and financial reporting
- Site measurements and progress evaluations
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Ensuring projects remain within budget and programme targets
