Employer: M3 Human Capital Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for tender administration, and supporting and coordinating the tender process.
Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Coordinating and managing all tender administration processes from invitation to submission *Receiving, distributing, and organising tender documentation and RFQ’s *Creating and maintaining tender folders, Dropbox links, spreadsheets, and tracking registers *Issuing RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers, and managing communication with trade groups *Uploading and distributing drawings, BOQs, addendums, revisions, and tender information *Monitoring and tracking quotations received, as well as outstanding pricing *Assisting Estimators with tender queries and follow-ups *Coordinating submission requirements, returnables, signatories, and tender approvals *Preparing and submitting tenders before closing deadlines *Confirming tender submissions with PQS, and communicating tender outcomes internally and externally where required.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a construction office environment;
• Strong administrative, organisational and numerical abilities;
• Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office and relevant software systems.
• Own reliable transport.
