Job Purpose
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the warehouse operation.
This role ensures accurate and efficient processing of stock movement documentation, reporting, and communication between the warehouse and it’s customers to maintain efficient and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Control
Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and filing systems.
Assist with returns at the counter
Administration & Documentation
Process delivery notes, invoices, GRNs, IBTs, and loadsheets.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Maintain records of returns, damages, shortages, and claims.
Warehouse Coordination
Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
Assist with handling collections and deliveries.
System & Reporting
Capture data on tracking systems accurately and timeously.
Ensure all system transactions are processed correctly.
Ensure returns are handled accordingly and customers are satisfied
Compliance & Housekeeping
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Support general health and safety requirements within the warehouse environment.
Ensure administrative areas remain neat, organised, and audit ready.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 / Matric.
Previous warehouse or logistics administration experience advantageous.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience working on ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beneficial.
Knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control principles.
