Employer: Tumaini Consulting

Our client is seeking a Development Manager to lead a software development team within a delivery-driven environment, overseeing planning, execution, and quality of development work. The role requires strong technical grounding in C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, and Azure, with the ability to guide architecture, review solutions, and support problem-solving where needed.

Requirements:

· 8–10+ years software development experience

· 3–5+ years in a development leadership/management role

· Strong technical background in C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, and Azure

· Experience managing delivery in a live, business-critical environment

· Ability to review code, guide architecture, and support technical problem-solving

· Experience with Agile development practices

· Experience in short-term insurance systems (advantageous)

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
