One of our logistics clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to manage their team in Johannesburg.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
5+ years of experience in business development or sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or customs clearing.
Multimodal experience (road, sea, and air freight) – essential.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of potential clients in the logistics industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Based in or willing to travel within Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
