Our Systems Development Team work tirelessly to ensure a smooth-running operation as well as constantly improving and expanding the scope of what we can achieve. We are the custodians of the company's data and it is our responsibility to analyse and present it in a manner that drives decision making at a factory and management level. We are looking for a competent admin assistant with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with systems and data. If you are detail-oriented and commited to accuracy, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the health and growth of our business, while working within a professional and supportive team.
Support system development by taking care of administrative tasks.
• Monitor + manage incoming orders
• Reconcile + Invoice production tickets
• Create + maintain inventory codes
• Create + maintain bill of material
• Assist administration of manufacturing incentive system
• Support system development
Skills and Requirements:
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical ability
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Clear communication and documentation skills
Minimum Requirements:
• Tertiary diploma
• Advanced Excel skills
• Finance or ERP System experience advantageous
• Microsoft Power BI skills advantageous
