As our healthcare operations continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, detail-orientated and driven Videographer / Photographer - Half-day to join our team based in Claremont and supporting our Tokai and Somerset West healthcare facilities.
This role is responsible for capturing, editing and producing high-quality photography and videography content across our healthcare and retirement environments. The successful candidate will assist with employer branding, recruitment campaigns, social media content, marketing material and internal communications while ensuring all content aligns with the Faircape brand and professional healthcare standards.
You will play a key role in visually telling the story of our facilities, teams, residents and patients through impactful and engaging content.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Production
- Capture professional photography and videography content across healthcare facilities and retirement villages
- Create engaging content for: Social media, Internal communications, Marketing material, Employer branding, Website and other digital platforms
- Film and edit short-form and long-form video content
- Photograph facilities, healthcare environments, staff, events, food and lifestyle content
- Assist with planning and coordinating shoots with operational teams
- Edit and deliver polished content aligned to Faircape brand standards
- Manage and organise digital media libraries and raw content storage
- Assist with creative campaign concepts and content ideas
Brand & Marketing Support
- Support marketing initiatives across the Faircape Group
- Ensure all content maintains a professional and consistent brand identity
- Create visually engaging content suited for multiple digital platforms
- Assist with content scheduling and campaign rollouts where require
- Work closely with operational and recruitment teams to capture meaningful content
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Media or related field would be advantageous
Experience
- Proven experience in a Videographer / Photographer role
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Experience within healthcare, hospitality, lifestyle or retirement environments would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and/or similar editing software
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing and audio
- Strong photography and videography editing abilities
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, adaptable and service-orientated
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Specific Requirements
- Portfolio to be uploaded with your application
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport essential
- Willingness to travel between facilities when operationally required
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Two written references from your most recent employer
Faircape Group offers above market-related salary. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and other market-related factors.
