This role involves assisting with information-gathering for EE, SD and BBBEE reports, adding new employees on Timeline, issuing of access cards, and capturing biometrics. You’ll be responsible for daily updates to monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, etc. Preparing and processing all payroll-related documentation and reports will also form part of your duties.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Matric and a tertiary HR qualification

§ 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role (exposure to a manufacturing environment advantageous)

§ Familiarity with T&A systems (Timeline)
